If you not already know, my name is P.Ekison and I have 25 years of experiences in the property development and management industry. I graduated, I was involved in the building construction industry in various roles from building design and management, building inspections & evaluations, Project Manager (for Contractors), Project Manager (for clients) and have been acting as Property Development consultant for small to large clients in both North of America and Asia.
Throughout the last 25 years, my property development portfolio projects have well exceeded a capital construction cost of $300m. I have consulted clients from small residential & commercial projects to large scale commercial and mixed-use property development projects. My property development projects included existing building redevelopment, landuse development and planning, existing tenant improvement development, new building development and development strategic planning.
